Method:
Prick the potatoes and put them in the oven for about an hour and a half at 180º. When the potatoes are cooked, take them out of the oven (being very careful and using oven gloves) and then cut them in half and scoop out the soft potato inside. Place this in a large bowl.
Chop the onion. Using scissors, cut the bacon rashers and then fry the bacon and onions until the onion is soft and the bacon is crispy.
Put the butter and cheese into the bowl with the potato and mash thoroughly. Add the bacon and onion and mix well. Scoop the potato mixture back into the potato jackets. Cut the tomato into slices and put a slice on top of the potatoes. Put the potatoes on a baking tray and put them back into the oven for about 15 minutes to heat through.

Method:
This should make you two large glasses of drink or four smaller glasses. Place the bananas, pineapple, yoghurt and ice-cubes in a blender or liquidiser. Switch on for about 20 seconds, or until you can see that everything is well and truly squished. Pour the smoothies into glasses and serve immediately. Decorate with fruit, straws and umbrellas.
